Sweet Bonanza How To Play

Sweet Bonanza is a 2019 online slot from Pragmatic Play featuring a 6 reels by 5 rows layout and a unique scatter pays system. Instead of paylines, players win by landing eight or more matching symbols anywhere on the grid. The game uses a tumbling mechanic where winning symbols disappear and new ones fall from above, enabling multiple successive wins in one spin.

The game offers no wild symbols and no base-game multipliers. Winning combinations require at least eight identical symbols to appear anywhere, providing a fresh approach compared to traditional paylines.

The key feature of Sweet Bonanza is its free-spins bonus round, triggered by landing four or more lollipop scatter symbols. This awards 10 free spins and activates multiplier bomb symbols ranging from 2x to 100x, which apply to tumble win totals during the free spins. Players can retrigger free spins by landing three or more scatters during the bonus, which grants an additional five spins.

Playing Sweet Bonanza involves straightforward controls and clear win conditions. Follow these steps to understand how to start, trigger features and enjoy the game’s mechanics.

This guide explains the basic sequence of placing bets, spinning, handling wins, triggering free spins, and applying multiplier symbols during bonus rounds.

1. Setting Your Stake and Starting a Spin

Start by selecting your bet amount using the game’s stake controls. The total bet is placed before spinning, and licensed operators may offer different minimum and maximum bet values. Once your stake is set, press the Spin button to start one round of the base game.

An Autoplay option may be available depending on the operator and jurisdiction, allowing automated spins with preset rules for stopping conditions.

1. Set your preferred bet using the game’s controls.
2. Press the Spin button to begin a game round.
3. Use Autoplay if available for continuous spins.

2. Forming Winning Combinations and Triggering Tumbles

After the reels stop, the game checks for any combination of eight or more matching symbols anywhere on the reels. If found, these symbols pay out according to the paytable.

All winning symbols then disappear, causing new symbols to tumble down to fill the spaces. This tumble sequence continues until no new wins appear, potentially awarding multiple consecutive wins in a single spin.

3. New symbols drop in to replace them, starting another tumble cycle if new wins appear.
